New Yatt Farm
A bit of background..........................................
We bought New Yatt Farm in 2000 - it was a complete uninhabitable wreck! The cottages were part of the old milking shed and there was a massive trench through the floor where the cows stood to be milked! There was all the paraphernalia you would expect a dairy to have and it was a big job to turn the area into something habitable! Over the next 2 years we had some lovely builders in who renovated it for us!
We had thought we would be living here for the next 20 years but in 2003 we found ourselves moving to Asia for what we thought would be a 2 year stay. The Cottages and the Farm house were let out on long tenancies.
Ten years later we finally returned to the UK! Initially living at the Farm house, we decided with
with lots of teenagers in tow we would live in Oxford but we couldn’t bear to sell up! We decided to rent the main house out as a holiday home and have now started to rent the cottages out too.

Things to do
There are plenty of things to do at the house. We have Table tennis, Table football, a Roulette/Games table, plenty of board games, a hot tub, badminton, rounders and so on
