New Yatt Farm

This  cosy cottage was converted from the outbuildings at New Yatt Farm. Situated  a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from  which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being  close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford.  The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and a cosy sofa.  The galleried bedroom has a Hypnos bed and mattress, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen  and White Company toiletries. 

The cottage has an open plan ground floor area.  The well equipped kitchen has a cooker, microwave,  a Meile dishwasher,  a washer dryer and an upright fridge /freezer.

There is a luxury Duresta  sofa and a log burner. The TV has a full SKY package

The galleried bedroom has a comfy Hypnos mattress

The bathroom which has a bath tub with handheld shower plus a shower over the bath. Please note the bedroom is on the 1st floor and the bathroom on the ground floor.

The cottage has ultra fast Gigaclear wifi.
