New Yatt Farm

This  cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated  a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from  which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being  close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford.  The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and a cosy sofas.  The bedroom has a Hypnos bed and mattress, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen  and White Company toiletries. 

The cottage has an open plan ground floor area.  The well equipped kitchen has a cooker, microwave,  a Meile dishwasher,  an AEG washer dryer and an upright fridge /freezer.

There is a comfortable sofa and a log burner.

The cosy first floor bedroom has a lovely Hypnos bed and mattress.

The bathroom has a bath tub with handheld shower plus a shower over the bath

The cottage has ultra fast Gigaclear wifi.
