An 18 hole championship golf course. Plenty of other courses in the area but this is the closest to New Yatt (5 miles). Also has a spa and a restaurant.

Linear Fisheries have some of the best big carp waters in the country. All of the 7 day ticket waters and 3 syndicate waters hold numerous carp to over 30lb
Witney is a busy bustling market town about 2 miles from New Yatt. Plenty of free parking- OX28 4WX There is a large Waitrose, Sainsburys and M & S. Most supermarkets will deliver if you do an online order
Oxford is about 13 miles from New Yatt and revolves around its prestigious university, established in the 12th century. The architecture of its 38 colleges in the city’s medieval center led poet Matthew Arnold to nickname it the 'City of Dreaming Spires'.
